About Vaultford
A comparison service built the way it should have been all along
Vaultford exists because of a simple observation made over twenty years inside the consumer finance marketing industry: most people accept the first offer they're given — the dealership's financing, the first insurance quote, the contractor a neighbour mentioned — not because it's the best option, but because comparing alternatives is tedious, confusing, and often feels rigged.
Comparison sites were supposed to fix that. Too many of them made it worse: burying how they make money, blasting people's phone numbers to a dozen call centers, and dressing up lead forms with fake countdown timers and promises no one can keep.
We built Vaultford to be the opposite of that — a comparison and referral service with the discipline of an institution and the transparency of a good neighbour.
Who's behind Vaultford
Vaultford is a brand of Vault Media Network, a Canadian digital marketing company with more than two decades of experience in consumer finance and insurance marketing, performance advertising, and partner network operations. We work from Atlantic Canada and serve consumers and provider partners across Canada and the United States.
How we make money — the whole answer
We're compensated by the providers in our network — the lenders, licensed insurance professionals, and service companies we refer consumers to. That's the entire business model. You never pay us anything, and the compensation we receive never obligates you to accept an offer.
Because compensation can influence which providers appear in a network, we say so plainly in the disclosure at the bottom of every page. If a comparison service won't tell you how it makes money, that tells you something too.
The Vaultford Standard
Every request that comes through Vaultford is handled under the same set of rules:
- Plain-language disclosure — what we are and how we're paid, stated before you share anything.
- Vetted, licensed network — lenders, licensed insurance professionals, and screened service providers only.
- Deliberate matching — your request goes to providers suited to it, not to the highest number of bidders.
- No manufactured urgency — no countdown clocks, no scarcity theatre, no pressure.
- No impossible promises — we never guarantee a rate, a savings figure, or an approval.
- A reachable company — contact details on every page, and a real process for questions and removal requests.
Where we operate
Our provider network currently serves select regions of Canada and the United States and continues to grow. If we can't genuinely match your request, we'd rather tell you than waste your time.
